Chart Background Changer (CBC) enables the user to apply an image to a chart background rather than just 2018-07-24_1510being limited to just choosing a color.
CBC is an indicator that is applied to a trading chart.

Adding CBC to a chart

Apply CBC as you would any other indicator. At the top of the list of available indicators, double click the EAS folder to see all available EAS AddOns for charts. Double click the ChartBackground AddOn to add it to the list of configured indicators for the chart. Select OK.

2018-08-02_1157Applying CBC to a chart does not actually select an image. That is done by selecting the Chart Image Background selector icon that has been added to the

chart toolbar. Click on the icon to bring up the Chart Background Selection dialog. Browse to an image on your computer and select it.
TIP: Google is a great tool for finding background images to download and use.
After selecting an image, choose the level of opacity (lack of transparency) required. Higher opacity means less of the chart default background will be seen.
NOTE: The ChartBackground AddOn does not replace the default background for the chart that is set in the chart properties dialog. The image chosen will overlay the default chart background. The opacity setting will allow some of the default chart background to show through the image.

Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

    Hypothetical Performance Disclosure:
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. no representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. for example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all which can adversely affect trading results
