There are a number of reasons that you might get a popup message that says your email address and installation id do not match. No problem though. You can fix it yourself in your user portal. To address this issue:
- Log into your user portal at https://eas.theintentionaltrader.com/login.php. If you don't remember your password, you can reset it by selecting "forgot password".
- Click on the "My Subscriptions" tab
- Click on the Edit button
- Enter the installation id from the popup message. (Please note that the installation ID and NinjaTraders Machine ID are NOT the same thing. The installation ID is a 12 character ID that is created during the installation of EAS and then passed on to our servers for authentication.)
- Click Save
- Proceed to NinjaTrader EAS installation.
