Added Menu choices for AddOns during installation. Only choose the AddOns that you want to install. If you decide to install other AddOns later, just run the installer again and select the ones you'd like to install.

EAS 1.0.97.0 - Fix the exception thrown regarding the SKIN template. "EAS Default" skin - blueprint.xml is updated with two tags that are mandatory else NT throws exception. Added those two tags.
Supressing the Messagebox. An option provided for each user message to be supressed by clicking on the check box to not to show in future.
The subscription link when clicked takes to the new link which provides the option of subscribing yearly or montly subscription.
Adding Re-Registration Tool
Fix for Skin issue that was created by NT
Creating a single NT_EAS_Tools and have all the EAS related files in that.
Fix for ThemeChanger exception caused by changing the theme on a standard theme and then restarting to save a new theme.
EAS 1.0.92.0 - Fixed bug removing Theme Changer from drop down list after being disabled in AddOn Manager. Fixed bug opening workspaces from within Workspace Manager.
EAS 1.0.90.0 - Removed Custom Theme Changer from Market Analyzer window until NinjaTrader 8 bug is fixed by NinjaTrader.
